• 1. Lyons Prepared street signs - In some situations, a street sign might help neighbors know where they can go to get info during an emergency. Tosh will show a possible solution.

  3. Ham radio - Keith is all set up at home and in his truck with ham radio, and with his patient teaching, Tosh has set up a small ham station in his workshop. We’ll give an update about what this means to Lyons Prepared.

  4. Meeting location - Should we hold one of our next meeting at Fire Station #2?

  5. MURS antenna - Frank will show us a MURS base antenna he got.

Tosh: Showed Lyons Prepared meeting place sign. http://www.toshen.com/LP

Sara: Is going to host a neighborhood meeting. Sat, July 9, 10a.

Frank: Showed MURS base station test. ⅝ wave at 2 meter with ground plain arms. Will test this week and let us know how it works. Total cost about $90.

Keith: Ham radio. Keith and Tosh have Ham radios working. Keith can hit the Colorado Connection repeater. Tosh can hit the BCARES repeater.

Emily: Meeting location: July meeting at Fire Station #2.

Frank: Testing: Sat, July 25th, 7p, Channel 1.
