Steering committee members should commit to radio training and annual exercise, and try to attend monthly meetings.
Rename staging areas to Neighborhood assembly points
Invite the fire chief or asst fire chief to come to a future meeting to talk about neighborhood assembly points.
Handed out portable antennas for the toughest neighborhoods.
Schedule a radio test.

Increase coverage throughout the district
Increase visibility to LFPD District residents

Enhance our community relationships through trying to fill our gap areas
